English Homestead Refined

Originally a 1960s Fort Collins home with fragmented mid-century and traditional undertones, years of disjointed remodeling had left this dwelling without a clear identity. Our team restored its sense of place by “quietly appointing” a design backdrop reminiscent of a historic English homestead—established and timeless, yet entirely without fuss. Through an integrated design-build approach, we opened the floor plan with intention and saturated the kitchen in a sophisticated, eye-catching blue. Adorned with monochromatic classic details, the exterior now reflects a masterful dance between tradition and simplicity. This home is no longer a collection of eras, but a cohesive, personal narrative that endures in both form and craftsmanship
