PHASE 01

DESIGN

Forge & Bow will take a progressive approach to the design of your project. Starting with an initial meeting to better understand your personal aesthetic and goals, our designers will substantiate current conditions and measurements to ensure accuracy of the design. Additionally, a study of your personal style will be conducted (often through the sharing of visuals) to direct the design motif.

From there, the design will progress step by step; first starting with general layouts and concepts and slowly progressing through the details. You can expect several meetings in order to ensure that the design is meeting your functional and aesthetic goals. Upon the completion of the design, we will update the estimate to account for your design choices, offering Value Engineering if the estimate isn’t the right value.

PHASE 02

Pre Construction

This phase is where we bring in our trusted trade partners for bids, allowing us to give you a final, fixed cost for your project. After receiving your non-refundable construction deposit, we will host a trade day at your property, allowing each relevant trade to inspect the house, ensuring accuracy in our numbers. Once the estimation is compiled, we will host a final Summit meeting where you are able to review your final design decisions and be presented with your final fixed cost budget. You will then be issued an amendment to the contract introducing the current design documents, as well as the budget. Lastly, we will create the Construction Documents needed for our Construction Team, and amend the contract with these as well.

PHASE 03

Construction

Time to build! During construction, our Project Managers provide full support, overseeing budget, schedule, and quality. Our Designers handle Construction Administration to ensure every detail we envisioned together comes to life. Once complete, we hand over your finished project – ready for years of enjoyment and memories.

FAQS /

WHAT DO YOUR BATHROOM SERVICES INCLUDE?
Our bathroom remodeling services in Northern Colorado are fully integrated. This means our licensed architects, interior designers, and construction team work together under one roof from start to finish. Our comprehensive service includes architectural as-built drawings and layout redesign along with full interior design. We manage fixture specification, tile selection, lighting, and electrical planning. Additionally, we handle pre-construction services such as subcontractor bidding and value engineering. Whether you are remodeling a primary suite in Fort Collins or adding a bathroom in Loveland, our process remains thoughtful and architect-led.
Architect-led design-build means your remodel is managed by a single team that handles both the design and the construction. A licensed architect leads the process from the initial concept through project completion. The primary benefit for homeowners is the elimination of the gap between the design vision and the final build. This integrated approach results in fewer surprises, tighter budget control, and a finished space that perfectly matches the original intent.

The greatest value comes from thoughtful design and functional flow, ensuring the space works seamlessly for your needs. Using high-quality, reputable plumbing fixtures and materials also adds long-term value. Additionally, natural light is often underestimated-it can dramatically enhance the sense of space, ambiance, and overall enjoyment of the bathroom.

A typical project at Forge & Bow moves through two distinct phases. The design phase, which includes architectural drawings and permitting, generally takes six to ten weeks. The construction phase for a standard bathroom is typically four to eight weeks. A larger primary suite or a full bathroom addition may require eight to fourteen weeks. We provide every client with a customized project schedule before construction begins so you know exactly what to expect.
In our experience, the highest-value investments are functional layout improvements and quality plumbing fixtures. We prioritize getting the layout and natural light right first before layering in high-end finishes. Quality tile work and solid-surface materials also ensure the space holds up over time. Our clients consistently report high satisfaction with the long-term livability that comes from a space designed with architectural precision.
