Upon submitting your inquiry, you will be contacted to arrange an initial phone call. This will provide an excellent opportunity to delve further into your project, review the services we offer, and gain insights into our firm’s approach. You will also have the chance to pose any questions about your project, our firm, and the design – build journey. The call usually lasts between 20 and 45 minutes. We look forward to connecting with you soon!
Following your phone call, and presuming that all went well, we will schedule a consultation at your home or the relevant building site. During this meeting, we will assess your space, pinpoint any challenges, emphasize elements that align with your lifestyle, and engage in a dialogue about what you value in your home. We welcome you to share your vision and goals for the project. We will offer insights into creative solutions, outline our process, and discuss the scope of our proposal. This complimentary consultation typically lasts between one to two hours. Kindly ensure that all parties involved in financial decisions are present during this meeting.
After our consultation, we will send you a Design-Build Proposal. This will outline the project, detail our design process and included services, provide a target budget for the entire project, and list our design service fees and schedule. At this stage, we will not be able to present a Build Proposal, as we have the entire design process to engage in before we can offer a dependable estimate of what your project will cost.
