Q. What is One Design?
A. One Design is a cost effective and efficient solution for small remodel projects. It pairs down the number of meetings and revisions needed to design your project and get it ready to build. We will create design drawings, room boards, and a specification book with everything selected so you are ready to get started on construction with us or another contractor of your choice.

Q. What types of rooms can be included in One Design?
A. From kitchens and bathrooms, to living and bedrooms, and even exteriors, One Design can be used for almost any space.

Q. How many rooms can be included in One Design?
A You can include as many rooms as you would like, however it may add more time to the design process.

Q. How should I prepare for my One Design project?
A. Come to the project with a vision of your goals for the function and feel of the space and an idea of your personal style. Gather any inspiration images, photographs of other projects, and color or material ideas that you love.

Q. How long does the One Design process take?
A. For one room, One Design will take one month. If there are multiple rooms, we will build out a custom schedule.

Q. Once we finalize the One Design process, how do I get my project built?
A. After receiving the One Design plan, you can have us or a contractor of your choice bid the project for you. We would be happy to help you with this next step and make the plan a reality.

Q. What does the One fee include?
A. The fee will include all design work for your project. The fee for your project will depend on the scope of work. It does not include construction costs. Using our build experience, we will give you an estimated budget for construction and if you wish for us to bid and build your project we will create an official construction budget for you.
