The historic Circle Drive in Fort Collins, CO is home to cute, post-war dwellings that are ripe with charm, and even riper for a remodel! The house was in its original state with all quirks, oddities, and perfections/imperfections. It didn’t take long to be able to envision a light-filled home creating a backdrop for long-lasting memories.
Staying true to the reductionist era in which this home was built, we wanted to paint the pallet with simple design features that weren’t pretentious, rather having beauty in their serenity. Old-made new items allowed this remodel to keep its charm without sacrificing modern conveniences. The spacious master addition was the final puzzle piece to this renovation allowing this darling all-brick ranch the ability to straddle the present with the past.
