For all the appeal that Fort Collins, CO has, for Mid Century Modern enthusiasts, exciting homes are lacking. That is why we were overjoyed with the opportunity to restore the splendor of this gem. Nestled on a quiet back street in the Old Town area, previous owners did everything they could to mask the MCM design qualities of this home.

By undoing the awkward floor plan renovations, as well as adding onto the master bedroom, the backdrop for the home was set. After that, a delicate balance was struck highlighting existing mid-mod conditions, adding modern interpretations, while sprinkling in some fresh approaches that allowed this home to undoubtedly be mid-century modern, and just as up-to-date today!
