If you squinted, the bones were there. However, they were heavily disguised by years of well-intentioned, yet un-cohesive homeowner remodels. The result was a confusing 1960s traditional home with eras upon eras of design finishes.
We reworked the entire floor plan, with a special focus on the entry in order to give the house an immediate presence (both inside and out). With the renovation finished, visitors are welcomed by an expansive entry flowing into a newly vaulted great room with large soaring ceilings, increased access to the outdoors, and natural light galore. The rest of this Fort Collins house was designed with traditional finishes portrayed cleanly and simplistically.
