Located in Fort Collins, CO, the crowded and dark floor plan combined with some classic 1980’s finishes almost made us miss this great Pacific NW Mid-Century inspired home. The renovation focus was to simply add life.
We de-cluttered the floor plan, exposed and wrapped the trusses, added large sun-filled skylights, and increased the circulation to the outdoors in order to bathe the home with natural light and to make sense of this four-level home. Now, the sun dances off the semi-open living/dining/kitchen area, while the newly designed flow through the home creates purpose for each space. This dark and dreary home is now full of light and laughter.
