Remington Residence

I think I can… I think I can.

These little apartments were bursting with eclectic appeal; cinder block walls, steel-framed windows, and wood floors highlighted the original design. But it was all hidden beneath… well, nothing but datedness, disrepair, layers of grime and a lot of “not-caring-ness.”

After an extensive remodel, a new kitchen layout coupled with modern finishes, a freshening of the bathrooms, and a reappointing of the exterior, this complex caught the attention of both Fort Collins renters, and Apartment Therapy. I thought I could… I thought I could.
