Laurel Residence

A simple yet iconic 3-story brick apartment complex in Old Town, Fort Collins needed new life. Years of neglect and renters had slowly eroded this building away from its original splendor. We had our work cut out for us in this remodel.

First, the systems were replaced and repaired.
Next, individually themed designs were selected for each and every apartment and designs were created accordingly.
Then the build, the long build!
Lastly, the building was re-rented to an excited group of tenants who adored the idea of living in an apartment building that once on the inside, is reminiscent of New York City right here in Fort Collins, CO.
