THE TEAKWOOD DWELLING

Case/Study

A Mid-Century Awakening

Once a dark, partitioned 1980s relic in Fort Collins, this Pacific Northwest-inspired home was reborn through intentional design and masterful craftsmanship. We de-cluttered the four-level floor plan, exposing structural trusses and adding expansive skylights to invite a “dance of light” throughout the semi-open living spaces. By increasing circulation to the outdoors, we transformed a dreary environment into a timeless, sun-filled sanctuary built for a lifetime of light and laughter.
